A Washington County grand jury has indicted Reachana Chan, a Beaverton resident, on charges of child sex abuse.
In November of 2014 and April of 2015, Chan allegedly sexually abused two children. The minors were 16 years old at the time and Chan was 20 years old.
Chan allegedly met the victims online and convinced them to meet in person where the crimes occurred.
Chan is charged with the following crimes:
- 1 Count of sex abuse in the 2nd degree
- 1 Count of luring a minor
- 4 Counts of sex abuse in the 3rd degree
Because of the alleged nature in which Chan contacted his victims, Beaverton Police Detectives believe there may be additional victims. Any additional victims are urged to contact Beaverton Police Department at 503-629-0111.
