A suspect running from police crashed into a pickup and a police car.
The incident started on HIghway 99E near South 14th Avenue in Oregon City when police spotted a stolen Audio with switched license plates.
The suspect hit a pickup and a police are during the pursuit.
The driver and passenger abandoned the car at Roethe Road and Oakhurst Court. They were caught a few blocks away.
Police arrested the driver, 29-year-old Robert Young, and the passenger, 36-year-old Michelle Crane.
They're charged with attempt to elude, driving a stolen vehicle and hit and run.
