Clackamas County Sheriff's deputies were called to a stabbing Saturday night near Goat Mountain south of Estacada.
The victim was driven to HIllockburn Road where he was airlifted to a Portland hospital.
Deputies say the stabbing happened as a result of a fight between two brothers.
The second brother crashed his car and also required a LifeFlight transport to a hospital. Police say the driver was under the influence.
Deputies are still in the process of determining what happened. The investigation continues.
