On October 26, 2017, Vancouver Police were contacted to retrieve a suitcase that was located in some bushes.
The suitcase had numerous items inside, including an old photo album that had photos inside that appear to have been taken from the 1940's-1970's.
There are several names on the photos including Pitts, Peterson and Rabenstein.
The Vancouver Police Department would like to return the photo album to the rightful owner and have not been able to match the album to any reported incidents.
