Tornado Confirmed Near Lebanon

A funnel cloud turned into a tornado Tuesday afternoon near Lacomb, a small community northeast of Lebanon in the Willamette Valley.

The Lebanon Fire Department responded to a report of damage at Spencer's Dairy Farm. They found the metal roofs torn off four barns.

There are eight homes in the area. None of the homes was damaged.

There was a lot of tree damage and downed power lines.

No injuries were reported.

The National Weather Service confirms it was a tornado. It was classified as an EF0 with winds between 65 and 75 mph. It traveled about 1,200 feet and caused a swath of damage 500 feet wide.
