A 15 year old girl who went missing after getting separated from her family while hiking near Mt. Saint Helens was found safe Tuesday morning.
Katrina Osborne disappeared Monday afternoon near Lahar Viewpoint on the southeast side of the mountain, about 20 miles northeast of Cougar, WA.
Search efforts began early Monday afternoon with ground crews and a helicopter. Campers reported seeing Osborne late that afternoon, but search crews were unable to find her.
Skamania deputies say Osborne was found by the Volcano Rescue team in good condition Tuesday morning near the Smith Creek Trailhead.
