A man was killed falling from a large cedar tree near Banks Thursday afternoon.
Washington County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a medical assistance call in the 45300-block of Northwest Sunset Highway outside of Banks.
The man, identified as 37-year-old Joseph Bradbury of Banks, was pronounced deceased at the scene. Based on witness statements, Bradbury was seen climbing a large cedar tree prior to being found unresponsive on the ground. He was associated with the property, though the reason he ascended the tree and what lead to his fall are unknown at this time.
