Just before closing Wednesday morning, two armed men stormed into Gilmore's Meadows bar on Johnson Creek Boulevard in Milwaukie.
They had handguns and demanded money from the register and lottery machines.
At the time of the robbery there was a bartender and two customers inside. All three were forced into a cooler and the cooler door was locked shut. The victims later escaped the cooler through a small beverage door. All three were uninjured.
The two suspects stole an estimated $2800 in cash.
Both suspects are described as black male adults, wearing hooded sweatshirts, gloves, and both had a mask over their face.
