The Medical Examiner has not been able to identify a man's body that was found in the Columbia Slough.
They're releasing this photo of the man's tattoo in hopes it will help lead to his identifcation.
The man is described as: white, between 25 and 40 years old, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 162 pounds, black/dark brown wavy hair.
