Two people were shot and killed in a Salem parking lot Sunday night.
It happened shortly before 11 p.m. in a lot near the Heritage Square Shopping Center by the intersection of Lancaster Drive N.E. and Market Street.
35-year old Marcelino Osorio-Jiminez of Salem was arrested on two counts of Murder in the incident.
The investigation has shown that Osorio-Jiminez was involved in a dispute with the two adult male victims and shot them while in the parking lot of a small strip mall.
Both victims died at the scene. They are identified as 26-year-old Hector Martinez-Arroyo, from Salem, and 50-year-old Carlos Zepeda-Ponce, from Salem.
Osorio-Jiminez was followed from the parking lot by witnesses and taken into custody without incident by responding officers a short distance away.
