The new Queen of Rosaria is 18-year-old Michaela Canete from Century High School.
Queen Michaela was crowned during a ceremony before the Rose Festival Grand Floral Parade.
She will now represent Portland and the Rose Festival during events around Oregon, around the country and internationally.
She was born in Mandaluyong, Philippines. She plans to double-major at Oregon State University in Education and Biology with the goal of being a Science Professor or Biomedical Researcher.
