Portland Police arrested a man with an extremely high blood alcohol content Friday afternoon.
Calls to 911 started coming in about a driver who was all over the road.
Police caught up with the vehicle at NE 24th Avenue and Tillamook Street. They saw the vehicle swerving across all lanes and driving very slow.
When the vehicle stopped, they found the driver slumped over the wheel.
32-year-old Joshua Davis was taken to hospital where they determined his blood alcohol content was .573%. The legal limit for driving is .08%.
Davis will be charged with Felony Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants (DUII) and Misdemeanor Driving While Revoked.
