Police have made an arrest in connection with the November sexual abuse of a female student at Portland Community College's Cascade campus on North Killingsworth Street.
Wednesday, detectives arrested 54-year-old Kevin Lavan Taylor on a charge of third-degree sex abuse. He's accused of forcibly touching the student in a sexual manner in a library at the school.
School surveillance video helped identify the suspect, and further investigation indicates there may be more victims.
