The Clark County Sheriff's Office sent out an alert Wednesday night for 83-year-old Lunetta Hinzman.
She left the Brookdale Vancouver Orchards Assisted Living Facility Thursday around Noon to go bowling in Hazel Dell, but never arrived.
Late Thursday night her family got a call from Yakima County Sheriff's deputies who found Hinzman on a rural road. She was in good condition.
Her family members went there to bring her home.
