Man Tries To Lure Teen Girl

The Portland Police Bureau would like to alert the public about a report of a man attempting to lure a teen girl into his vehicle in Southeast Portland's Eastmoreland Neighborhood.

On April 5, 2017, at 12:00 p.m., Central Precinct officers spoke with a 17-year-old girl who told police that at approximately 11:00 a.m., she was walking westbound on Southeast Bybee Boulevard near 28th Avenue when a man driving a pick-up approached her from behind.
