The hills around the Portland/Vancouver area were covered in wet snow Monday morning. It wasn't having a major impact on driving, because temperatures were above freezing and the snow turned to slush on major roads.
A Winter Weather Advisory was issued for the Central Willamette Valley where up to 2 inches of snow could accumulate.
The snow caused several school districts to have a delayed opening. Here's the list of schools that are affected by the snow.
