The man who was shot by a southeast Portland business owner Monday afternoon has died.
Portland Police Detectives have learned that a 32-year-old man entered the Golden Key Insurance Agency and confronted the 47-year-old business owner and his wife about some missing personal property from the front of the business. The 32-year-old left and shortly after the 47-year-old went outside and in the parking lot next to the business was confronted again by the 32-year-old, leading to the shooting.
The business owner cooperated with detectives. He has not been arrested and the case will be presented to a Multnomah County Grand Jury once the investigation is complete.
