Reward Offered In Sherwood Flood

On February 5, 2017 in the late evening hours an incident occurred on SW Century Drive in Sherwood. During this incident the Sherwood Water, Street, Sidewalk, and Public/Private utility systems were damaged, including significant damage to a fire hydrant resulting in substantial flooding in the area of the incident. The public was not harmed or threatened due to the damage. 

The City of Sherwood is offering a $3,000.00 reward to a witness, other than the responsible party, for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) causing the damage on February 5, 2017. 

In a unique move, the City of Sherwood is offering amnesty to criminal prosecution for the responsible party, if that person comes forward to take responsibility for the incident.
