Burglary Task Force Seeks Suspects

The Burglary Task Force is announcing charges in a burglary case and asking for the public's assistance in identifying additional suspects.

On November 13, 2025, at 3:53 a.m., Portland Police Officers assigned to Central Precinct responded to a report of a burglary in progress at a pipe shop in the 3600 block of Southeast Division Street. They located and arrested one suspect, Amber M. Turner, 39, of Portland, as she was riding a bicycle about four blocks from the scene. She was booked on a charge of Burglary in the Second Degree, and the case was later assigned to the Burglary Task Force. The MCDA brought the case before a Multnomah County Grand Jury, and Turner was indicted on additional charges.

The investigation determined that two additional suspects were involved in the same burglary. PPB is releasing this video in an effort to identify them. If anyone has information about the identity of these suspects, please e-mail burglarytaskforce@police.portlandoregon.gov and reference case number 25-311546.

The Burglary Task Force is a collaboration between the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office, Multnomah County District Attorney's Office, Gresham Police Department, Port of Portland Police Department, Transit Police Division, and the Portland Police Bureau. The task force includes two deputy district attorneys and a data analyst from the district attorney's office, one sheriff's office detective, one officer each from the Port of Portland, the Gresham Police Department, and three investigators, a sergeant and an investigative crime analyst from the Portland Police Bureau.
