California Pets Arriving In Oregon

The Oregon Humane Society is taking animals from California shelters to make room available for animals displaced by the wildfires.

The first group of 21 dogs and puppies arrived on Wednesday and another group will arrive Friday.

These animals were available for adoption before the fires.

California shelters are taking animals that were lost or from owners displaced by the fires who can't care for their pets.

The Oregon Humane Society is urging adoptions, so they can make room for more pets.
