The Washington County Sheriff's Office says a missing woman has been found.
Penelope Stanley was last seen in Milwaukie and her phone pinged a cell tower near Estacada Monday evening.
Someone spotted her car in the Mt. Hood National Forest and she was found a short distance away. She was taken to a hospital for treatment.
