Oregon City Police believe they've recovered the remains of 49-year-old Kara Taylor.
The suspect, Jamon Fritsch, was arrested earlier this month. Taylor was reported missing July 27th.
Prosecutors say the FBI found evidence of blood in Fritsch's home and that he scattered her remains at several locations.
Last Friday, police searched the Coffin Butte Landfill in Corvallis and found remains that were presumed to be Kara Taylor.
The Clackamas County Medical Examiner will confirm the identification.
Fritsch is charged with Murder in the Second Degree and Abuse of a Corpse.
