Portland Police arrested four people during a street racing mission on Saturday.
A large group of cars blocked MLK Junior Boulevard at Marine Drive. Six vehicles were towed, three guns were recovered and several citations were issued.
The Police Bureau's Enhanced Community Safety Team, the Air Support Unit, and the K9 unit helped with the mission.
