Vancouver firefighters stopped a fire in an apartment complex early Sunday morning.
The Redwood Acres Apartments are located at 3409 Northeast 62nd Avenue.
Firefighters saw the flames as they were arrived.
Everyone was evacuated safely.
The fire was burning on the first and second floors. It took nearly 40 minutes to get the fire under control.
Four units are damaged. The Red Cross is helping displaced residents.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
