The Multnomah County Sheriff's Office is investigating a crash that killed one person late Monday night.
Sheriff’s Office patrol deputies were dispatched to the intersection of NE Marine Drive and Blue Lake Road for a single vehicle crash.
First responders found a 2008 Ford Mustang that crashed into the guardrail. The female passenger did not survive.
Due to the severity of the crash, the Vehicular Crash team was activated.
Deputies arrested 28-year-old Thomas King, the driver, on a charge of manslaughter in the second degree. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
