The winds were so strong that ODOT crews were forced to stay out of the High Cascades in Southern Oregon.
Oregon 62 was closed from Prospect to Union Creek.
The high winds and heavy snow brought down trees onto the highways.

- Highway 138 closed from Toketee to U.S. 97
- Oregon 62/230 closed at Prospect
