Gresham Police arrest a man who allegedly threatened his apartment manager and then set his apartment on fire.
Friday afternoon, 62-year-old Robert Houser is accused of threatening the manager of the Hogan Woods Apartments over what witnesses tell KATU News was a rent issue.
He returned to his apartment and set it on fire.
Houser was taken into custody a short time later and fire was put out.
He's charged with arson in the first degree, two counts of kidnapping in the first degree, two counts of coercion, and unlawful use of a weapon.
