A fatal crash closed Highway 26 in the Coast Range Friday.
The crash happened about six miles west of Manning.
Oregon State Police say a Toyota Yaris went off the road and hit the entrance to the tunnel.
The driver was 48-year-old Ken Duong, of Beaverton. He died at the scene.
Police don't know what caused the car to go off the road.
