Two people were killed at a Washougal park by a hit and run driver Tuesday afternoon.
Rudolf and Regina Hohstadt were from Germany and they were in Washougal visiting family.
They were at Sandy Swimming Hole park when a Jeep Cherokee went out of control and drove through the park killing them.
The driver fled the scene.
Police later located and arrested 71-year-old David Croswell, of Washougal.
He's charged with two counts of Vehicular Homicide and more charges are expected.
