Portland Police were called to Lloyd Center Mall Saturday afternoon on a report of a man with gun.
The mall started locking down stores.
When police arrived they found the suspect leaving the mall.
22-year-old Garrett Gibson was allegedly found with a replica handgun. Police say he had threatened someone with the gun in the mall.
Gibson was booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on charges of Menacing, Theft in the Second Degree, Disorderly Conduct in the Second Degree, and Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree.
