Gresham Police have arrested 30-year-old D-Jay David McKenzie as part of a child pornography and public indecency case. He was booked into the Multnomah County jail on more than a dozen charges.
McKenzie is accused of possessing multiple pornographic images of children. He is also accused of driving a blue sedan near juveniles, where he could be seen masturbating. Some of these encounters appear to have been recorded by McKenzie.
Investigators believe McKenzie may have exposed himself to children in Gresham, Southeast Portland, and Clackamas County over the last several months. They want to speak with anyone who may have witnessed him engage in this type of behavior.
