A male passenger who was critically injured in a crash last Tuesday on I-205 has died.
21-year-old Calvin Biltimier was riding in a car that was driven by 25-year-old Rachel Banks when it crashed on I-205 southbound under the Southeast Stark Street overpass. Biltimier was hospitalized for critical injuries and Portland Police reported on Wednesday that he had died.
Banks was lodged at the Multnomah County Jail on charges of Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants, Assault in the Second Degree, and Reckless Driving.
