A lawsuit has been filed against a day care center in St. Louis, Missouri after surveillance and iPad video recorded teachers encouraging children to fight.
The teachers had the kids wear padded gloves.
Nicole Merseal is filing the lawsuit saying her 4-year-old son was encouraged to fight another child.
The incident happened in 2016.
The day care's director told Missouri health officials the children were bored and had run out of things to do.
The day care fired the two teachers who were involved.
The lawsuit is seeking $25,000 in damages.
