North Carolina's I-40 Looks Like A River

The North Carolina Department of Transportation released video from a drone above I-40.

The flooding makes it look like a river.

President Trump will visit North Carolina on Wednesday. The White House says details of his visit are still being finalized.

The rain from Hurricane Florence has stopped falling in North Carolina, but the flooding on 19 rivers is expected to worsen this week. Some rivers won't crest until Thursday.

More than 1,100 roads are closed, because of flooding.

More than 30 people have been killed by the storm.

FEMA Director Brock Long says the next 48 hours are incredibly critical.

Long says FEMA is re-positioning disaster relief and emergency operations centers in the state to provide assistance as soon as possible.
