A woman was arrested, accused of breaking into a Southeast Portland apartment Thursday morning.
Police say 30-year-old Brandi Anderson broke into an apartment on Southeast 11th Avenue, while the residents were asleep inside the unit.
Police say Anderson was reported being seen leaving the area on a bicycle.
Officers believe she got into the third-story apartment by climbing the fire escape. Police say Anderson then pushed out a window fan to gain access into the unit.
Officers found Anderson a short distance away from the apartment.
Anderson was lodged in the Multnomah County Jail on charges of Burglary in the First Degree, Possession of Methamphetamine, Theft in the Second Degree, and Indecent Exposure.
