Rain dumped on the northeastern U.S. over the weekend causing flooding in many areas.
In Little Falls, a flooding river swept cars from the lot of an auto dealership and downstream sending them crashing into a bridge.
Around 16 vehicles were towed out of the river.
The water receded on Sunday.
The National Weather Service says an additional two or three inches of rain could fall Monday night and Tuesday in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey Pennsylvania and New York.
