Beaverton Police officers arrested 27-year-old Diego Lopez-Herrea for Invasion of Privacy. This was Lopez-Herrea’s second arrest for the same crime within five weeks.
Lopez-Herrea was arrested after peering into a window in the 13700 block of SW Electric Street. On May 15th, an almost identical incident occurred where Lopez-Herrea was arrested after peering into a window in the 6400 block of SW Alice Lane.
Lopez-Herrea was also charged with Trespass in the Second Degree regarding this incident. Both victims were adult females.
During both incidents, Lopez-Herrea was taken to jail and charged with Invasion of Privacy. Lopez-Herrea is still in custody at the Washington County Jail.
