A woman was hit and killed crossing Highway 99 in Hazel Dell.
The crash was reported at 9:34 p.m. Friday. The Clark County Sheriff’s Office says the woman was crossing Highway 99 at the 8200 block when she was hit by a full sized pickup.
The woman was crossing the Highway 200 feet away from a crosswalk.
She was taken to a hospital, but later died.
The driver of the truck remained on the scene.
No charges have been filed. The investigation continues.
