Portland cracks the Top 10

The people behind the Tom Tom navigation system just released new information about which cities have the worst congestion.   Their research shows Portland has the 9th worst congestion in the U-S and that people in the Portland/Vancouver spend an average of 78 hours a year stuck in traffic delays.   The research also showed the Thursday drive to and from work had the most congestion -- during those peak times, the average person spends about 30 extra minutes a day stuck in traffic.    By the way -- Los Angeles had the most congestion followed by San Francisco and Seattle ranked 4th.
