Police Seek Shoplifting Suspects Who Hit Cyclist

A cyclist who was hit by two fleeing shoplifting suspects in Salem is hospitalized in critical condition.

The incident happened Saturday night at the T.J. Max in downtown Salem. As the suspect fled the scene in a car they hit 61-year-old Montana Carver.

One suspect is described as being a light skinned adult black female with dark hair, approximately 6 feet tall with a medium build. The suspect is described as having a deep voice.

The second suspect is a white female adult, approximately 5 feet 1 inch to 5 feet 3 inches tall and a heavier build (160 to 180 pounds), with blond hair.
