Searchers have found Matthew Matheny. He had been missing since last Thursday when he went on a hike on the Blue Lake Trail in Cowlitz County.
A Sheriff's deputy found his car at the trailhead and an extensive search was conducted to find him.
Hikers thought they saw him on the trail near Mount St. Helens over the weekend and that coincided with the area of his last cell phone signal.
Search crews concentrated on that area and found Matheney Wednesday around Noon.
He was flown on LifeFlight to Peacehealth Southwest Washington Medical Center in Vancouver to check his condition.
