Oregon State Police have arrested a former Oregon State University student for making a threat of a shooting on the OSU campus in Corvallis.
A tip to the SafeOregon threat hotline alerted officials about a Tweet threatening a shooting at OSU.
Troopers identified the owner of the username "Hard Belly Dorm" as 22-year-old Christopher Strahan. He's a former student at OSU.
Strahan was arrested without incident. He's charged with Disorderly Conduct 1.
OSP was assisted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the OSU Department of Public Safety, Corvallis Police Department and the Benton County Mental Health Department.
