And since man (and woman) cannot live by hot sauce alone, there'll be plenty of local craft beer on hand to give your tastebuds a breather between bites. The fest also promises some of "the most insane eating challenges in the history of mankind," including a Guinness Book of World Records Carolina Reaper and challenges simply known as "The Spicy Pizza of Doom" and "The Tacos From Hell."
