The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office arrested two people following an alleged kidnapping in a transient motor home.
At 8:30 a.m. on Monday, June 12, the kidnapping victim flagged down a passing citizen on Courtney Avenue in Milwaukie. The victim told the citizen to call 911.
The citizen called 911, and Sheriff's Office deputies responded.
Patrol deputies arrived and interviewed the victim. She told deputies she'd been held against her will in the motor home by two suspects -- Michael Gray Wilkins, 47, and Leslie Jacobs Weeks, 49.
The victim told deputies Wilkins and Weeks had ziptied, gagged, tasered and assaulted her.
The motor home in which she'd been held was broken down on Courtney Avenue when deputies responded. The motor home is reportedly the traveling residence of Wilkins and Weeks, who have no fixed address.
The victim -- age 32, of Portland -- was interviewed by detectives at a local hospital, where she was treated and released. Detectives then executed a search warrant on the motor home and seized evidence that corroborated the victim's story -- including zip-ties and a Taser.
Detectives estimate the victim was held against her will for approximately 12 hours.
Detectives arrested Michael Gray Wilkins and Leslie Jacobs Weeks and booked them into the Clackamas County Jail on charges that include Robbery, Kidnapping, Assault and Menacing. Bail for each is set at $250,000.
The motor home was towed as a hazard.
