Suspect Arrested For Public Indecency

On Wednesday May 3, 2017, detectives from the Portland Police Bureau's Family Services Division arrested a 60-year-old man in connection with multiple reports of public indecency at the East Portland Community Center.

Jon McKinley Clark of Northeast Portland was arrested at his home and booked into the Multnomah County Jail on charges of Public Indecency (three counts). Clark's charges come as a result of incidents in March 2017 involving a 7-year-old and a 10-year-old; and, an April 2017 incident involving a 7-year-old victim.

Safety is Portland Parks & Recreation's top priority, and they assisted with the Portland Police Bureau on this investigation.

While there is no information to indicate any additional victims, anyone with additional information about Clark and/or any additional victims are asked to contact Detective Stephen Gandy at 503-823-0185, stephen.gandy@portlandoregon.gov.
