May Day demonstrations are expected to affect traffic in downtown Portland much of the afternoon.
At 12 p.m., several groups will rally at PSU’s Smith Center Park Blocks and then at 1 p.m. they will march to Shemanski Park where another rally is set to begin.
The march from Shemanski Park will begin around 3 p.m.
The route for the march is in the downtown core.
