The ramp from the Oregon Zoo to Highway 26 eastbound is blocked by a landslide. ODOT doesn't know when the ramp will reopen.
Geologists will need to examine the hillside to determine what is necessary to keep it stable.
The Oregon Department of Geology has warned the heavy rain today could cause slides in hilly areas.
