Demonstrators used a different tactic Wednesday afternoon to disrupt traffic in Portland. Instead of marching as a group they used smaller groups in different parts of the city to stop traffic.
It started near Pioneer Courthouse Square and then another group stopped traffic on the Steel Bridge.
Traffic was also blocked in the lower eastside of Portland.
14 people were arrested.
