Blazers Thrash Nuggets In Game Four

----- Norman Powell scored a game-high 29 points and Damian Lillard added 10 points, 10 assists, and eight rebounds as the Portland Trail Blazers crushed the Denver Nuggets 115-95 in game four to even of their best-of-seven first round series at 2-2.

Trail Blazers and Nuggets headed for another long series.

Norman Powell scored a game-high 29 points leading the Portland Trail Blazers to a dominant 115-95 game four victory over the Denver Nuggets Saturday afternoon at Moda Center in Portland, Oregon.

The Blazers rediscovered their balance with five players scoring in double figures.

Damian Lillard connected on just 1-of-10 from the field but added 10 assists and eight rebounds, CJ McCollum scored 21 points, and Jusuf Nurkic avoided foul trouble to score 17 points and pull down six rebounds.

Portland connected on 49.4% of their field goals including 12-of-33 from three-point range. The Blazers had a 46-38 edge in the paint and scored 20 fast break points.

The Blazers played with great energy on defense holding Nikola Jokic to just 16 points. The Nuggets shot just 34% for the game.

The Blazers started the game on-fire. Portland led 32-24 after the first and put the game away in the third quarter outscoring the Nuggets 36-19.
