Seattle family calls 911 on whales

Swiss Family Robinson they are not.

An encounter with wildlife on Puget Sound triggered all of the emotions the other day. Two humpback whales approached a family's boat and did what whales do. It was just too much, for the family, and things got super real super quick.

Dad was mostly okay with the sea life encounter. He tried to calm everyone down and seemed genuinely excited about the whales and was even giggly about the experience.

It is quite obvious that the rest of the family takes after mom in the confidence department. Tears, fears, and ultimately a call to 911 round out this video that illustrates a textbook example of First World Problems.
